The FICSIT Build Gun utilizes 11-dimensional exotic physics to suspend Newtonian gravity during construction. Unfortunately, anything produced within the exotic physics zone will eventually lose molecular coherence, with spectacular negative consequences for anybody in the star system.
Therefore, before item production commences, facilities must be completely supported by conventional structures, as certified by FICSIT Loss Prevention.
Contraband
FICSIT recognizes that flow testing is necessary to ensure correct operation of production lines.
Therefore, Pioneers may operate production lines while under construction, provided that the resulting items are either destroyed in inventories, or fed into an Awesome Sink*.
This includes items still on belts or in machine inventories. FICSIT Loss Prevention will oversee a full system flush before certifying a production line for regular operation.
